  • 8:45 PM — Bus #1 departs RG|NY to all hotels

  • 9:00 PM — Final call: Bus #2 departs RG|NY to all hotels

Bus #1 (Hilton Garden Inn & Hotel Indigo)

  • 8:00 AM — Begin loading at Hilton Garden Inn

  • 8:15 AM — Depart Hilton Garden Inn

  • 8:30 AM — Depart Hotel Indigo

  • 8:45/9:00 AM — Arrive at RG|NY

Bus #2 (Hyatt & Preston)

  • 8:30 AM — Begin loading at Hyatt
    (Preston guests: please walk to the Hyatt)

  • 8:45 AM — Depart Hyatt

  • 9:00 AM — Arrive at RG|NY

Ongoing Loop Service (All Hotels)

  • 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM — One bus will loop continuously between all hotels and RG|NY

*Family Shuttle Service - Wednesday, July 23 ONLY

  • 4:30 PM — Pickup from all hotels for families and children to RG|NY

Return to Hotels

  • 8:30 PM — Bus #1 departs RG|NY to Hilton Garden Inn & Hotel Indigo

  • 8:50 PM — Bus #2 departs RG|NY to Hyatt/Preston

  • 9:00 PM — Final call to all hotels (if needed)

Accommodations are not included in the ticket price. As it’s peak season on the North Fork, many hotels are already sold out or have very limited availability remaining. We highly recommend securing your accommodations as soon as possible, as options are quickly selling out.

We will be offering transportation between the following hotels and the venue:

Any guests at the Preston House & Hotel should walk across the street to the Hyatt Place.

Any guests at the Residence Inn should walk to across the parking lot to the Hilton Garden Inn.

If you are interested in other options we recommend checking out the following hotels. Note that we will not have buses operating between these hotels and the venue so we recommend organizing a car rental or driver, as Uber and Taxi availability is limited.

Coming from NYC


~2 hour drive (no traffic) / 2.5 to 3 hours by train

If you choose to take a bus, you should board the Riverhead line at one of the Jitney's pickup locations in Manhattan, such as 61st Street & 3rd Avenue or LIRR Station at 42nd Street. Once on board, the bus will take you directly to Riverhead, where you'll need to take a Uber/Lyft for a short drive (about 10-15 minutes) to your hotel.


If you choose to take the LIRR, board the Ronkonkoma Branch at Penn Station. Take the train towards Ronkonkoma and disembark at the Riverhead Station. Once you are at Riverhead you'll need to take a Uber/Lyft for a short drive (about 10-15 minutes) to your hotel.

If you choose to drive, take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) eastbound from Manhattan. Continue on I-495 E, then take exit 73 for NY-25 E toward Riverhead.The trip typically takes about 2 hours, but travel time can vary depending on traffic, especially during peak hours. Be sure to check traffic conditions before heading out.

If you choose to use Blade, visit Blade's website or use their app to book a flight from Manhattan (West Side Heliport, 6th Avenue) to East Hampton Heliport (the closest heliport to Riverhead). Blade offers scheduled flights from Manhattan, and the ride typically takes around 30-40 minutes. After landing at East Hampton Heliport, you will need to arrange a car service or taxi to your hotel. The drive is approximately 30-35 minutes from East Hampton. 

Coming from MacArthur Airport


~30 to 40 minute drive (no traffic)

MacArthur Airport is the closest airport to the venue. Depending on traffic the drive can be as short as 30 minutes to your hotel. 

You will need to arrange a rental car, car service pickup, Uber, Lyft, or taxi to get to the North Fork from the airport.

Coming from JFK/LGA


~1 hour and 30 minutes driving (no traffic) 

From JFK, the drive usually takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes of driving, depending on traffic, especially along Van Wyck Expressway (I-678) and I-495.

From Laguardia, the drive usually takes around 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, particularly on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) and I-495.

We recommend driving early in the morning to avoid LIE traffic.
